4. Payments and Billing

​All fees for services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We may offer subscription-based services which are subject to auto-renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date (see Auto-Renewal Disclaimer).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

  • You may cancel services by contacting us at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a forfeited session without refund.

  • Refunds are issued only at our discretion and are not provided for completed services.

    6. No Guarantee of Employment

    Our services are designed to improve the quality of your job application materials. However, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment as a result of using our services. Success in the job market depends on numerous factors beyond our control.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and documents—is the property of SportHire and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
